​Swim one lap of the pool
(50m). Cycle down to Vanier School entrance and back (1k). Then run around onto the track to the finish (500m)... because it's cool!

Kids

RACE START ABOUT 1:35 pm
Swim two laps of the pool (100m). Cycle down to Vanier School entrance and back - twice (2k). Then a run from the parking lot, behind the grandstand, to the track, and then once around (800m). Big finish!

older Kids

RACE START ABOUT 1:20 pm
Swim four laps (200m), Cycle down to Vanier School entrance and back - four times (4k). Then a run from the parking lot to soccer field, behind the grandstand, to the track, and then once around (1km). Bigger finish! 
Note: All entries will incur an online registration processing fee added at checkout.
*TRI BC Insurance Fee
Each person must be insured through a Triathlon BC membership to participate . The insurance and its payment is obtained through one of three ways during online registration.
  1. If a person is recognized as already being a current annual Tri BC member, their insurance is already covered. Note that an annual Tri BC membership includes a Triathlon Canada membership.
  2. A person can apply and pay for an annual Tri BC membership - which will cover them as in point 1 above plus other Tri BC sanctioned races during the calendar year. Tri BC membership information and costs available at https://www.tribc.org/membership.
  3. A person can opt for a one-day event Tri BC membership that would only apply to this event. The cost will be added during registration and the amounts by category are provided below.

  • Sprint, Aquabike, Aquathlon, Duathlon....$15.50**
  • Teams - Mini, Just Try-It & Sprint............Per person: $5.50 (Youth) or $10.00 (Adult)**
**In addition, there is a $0.66 Triathlon Canada event-day fee per person.
