Live Pre-Race Briefing Location: Online via Zoom. The invite will be sent to all registered participants. Afterwards, a link will be posted to view the recorded briefing afterwards. The Race Director and Technical Delegate (head official) will conduct a briefing online via Zoom. The morning then afternoon events will be covered. Participants are welcome to submit questions via chat messaging during the presentation. |
Saturday May 24 |

Pick up race packages at Shoreline Orthodontics at 1530 Cliffe Ave Suite 100, Courtenay, B.C. Local participants are strongly recommended to get their race packages at this time to avoid delays checking in on Sunday morning/afternoon. Non-local participants can get their race package at check-in when it opens Sunday. |
2:00 - 3:00 pm |
Optional venue and course orientation at Comox Valley Sports Centre, 3001 Vanier Drive, Courtenay in south parking lot. Get a preview overview of the race course layout and flow, and a chance to have questions answered. This is open to participants, parents, and volunteers. |
