Kids Division 5 - 7 Years

INDIVIDUALS: $20 *
RACE COMMENCES 2:30 PM
(Approximately)

Swim or flutter board twice
across the pool. Short bike
course and then run on the
track until you are done!

Kids Division 7 - 9 Years

INDIVIDUALS: $20 *
RACE COMMENCES 2:00 PM
(Approximately)

Swim two lengths of the pool
(50m). Cycle twice around
the school. Then run around
the track... because it's cool!

Junior Division 8 - 17 Years

INDIVIDUALS: $30.00 *
TEAMS: $75.00 *
RACE COMMENCES 9:00 AM
(Approximately)

8 - 9 Years:
Swim 100M (4 lengths), Bike 5K, Run 1K
10 - 11 Years:
Swim 150M (6 lengths), Bike 5K, Run 2K
12 - 17 Years:
Swim 300M (12 lengths), Bike 10K, Run 3K

Senior Division 16 Years Plus

INDIVIDUALS: $60 *, TEAMS: $150 *
RACE COMMENCES 10:15 AM
(Approximately)

Swim ~500M (20 lengths)
Bike ~20K, Run ~5K

RACE CHECK-IN (ALL CATEGORIES)

Saturday, May 25, 2013 between 1 PM and 5 PM

Simon's Cycles is no longer providing bike checks for this event.Under ITU/Triathlon Canada regulations, it is the onus of the athlete to arrive at the event with a safe, properly maintained and functioning bicycle.
